I love how the game is very realistic and requires the player to actually put some thought into the decisions they make.
This game requires you to make good decisions before the game so the outcome of the game will be different. It's very similar to how much effort you put into something you get the mush out of it.
I like your game. Although I'm not super into sports, it is a good game that stresses the importance of decision-making.
